Terms of Use
1. The app
Clapfy is provided “as is”. It helps you find a phone that is nearby, switched on and listening; it cannot locate a phone that is off, out of earshot, paused, or whose microphone is blocked or used by another app. Detection depends on your phone's microphone, the room and how loud you clap or whistle, so it may occasionally miss a clap or react to a similar sound. It is not a location tracker or an emergency tool.
2. Clapfy Pro
Pro is offered as a yearly subscription (with a 3-day free trial where eligible), a monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown in the app for your country. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.
3. Ads
The free version is supported by ads. Rewarded ads unlock a Pro tool temporarily; nothing is unlocked if the ad is not completed.
4. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or its services.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TheYourList is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
